Week 33 - 35 (26 Mac - 15 April) - Final Inspection

- PCI completed
- Final inspection completed
- A few of deviations to be fixed
- Handover is scheduled next week
- Solid timber floor will be arranged by ourselves  and installed in both ground and top levels starting from end of next week.
- A few landscaping guys have been invited to provided quotation.

1 - Kitchen was installed


2 - Painting completed


3 - Start works for bathrooms.


4 - Garage doors were installed.

Week 29 (28.02.12 - 04.03.12) Finally We have doors.

Finally the doors have been installed.


The house is being locked up. No pictures available.

Week 28 (20.02.12 - 26.02.12) Internal Gyprock wall

1 - Internal gyprock wall was installed.
2 - Internal stair was installed.

Week 26 (6 Feb - 12 Feb) & Week 27 (13 Feb - 19 Feb)

1 - Roof was completed
2 - Insulation was filled in the wall
3 - Patio was completed.

Week 24 (23 - 29 Jan 2012) & Week 25 ( 30 Jan - 5 Feb 2012)

No progress.
Comparing with new buildings carried out by other builders, my construction seems too slow.
The Masterton's management need to be improved.
I received claim for the extension of 2 weeks due to rain from Masterton.
I would issue a letter to Masterton that I may refuse this claim unless more sufficient proof provided.
